New Key is the name of a DIY music project, directed by Onno. Born and Raised in Alkmaar (North of the Netherlands) and used to the Dutch way of life, he developed a passion for making music and creating songs. The songs of New Key are never born ‘on command’ but seem to pop up when the time is right. The final expression of the ideas into actual recordings comes from an inner ‘need’ to do so.
It became time (2019) to put some stuff out into the world. Living in an era with music-streaming services and internet, it is pleasantly easy to do so. Thankful for all the opportunities, and hoping to entertain and to serve. Greetings to whoever enjoys listening to New Key.
